The bottom line on deciding on a pellet food is probably trying to achieve a balanced combination of all these arguments. We hope our Premium can give you food for thought. Kusuri Premium (FPF-1) again fills a requirement we feel, for a very high quality Koi food manufactured on a fresh regular basis in the UK. A food sensibly priced which has just about everything beneficial included in a cyprinid diet, a spectrum of beneficial ingredients unsurpassed by any other food made anywhere in the world. Made exclusively to our own researched formulation, we do not use any chemical colour enhancers or substitute proteins. In fact, the presence of certain excess Amino acids can have detrimental effects on the rate of growth. For example, high levels of Isoleucine are known to reduce the growth rate on carp. We have formulated our food to provide the correct balance of all the major requirements for Koi. Additionally this is the only food available with Kusuri Klay included - research proven for better growth, colour, and aiding the prevention of stress protein production. Included are the immune and health enhancing properties of propolis, garlic and brewers yeast. Kusuri Premium (FPF-1) is formulated for low waste and low nitrogenous output, as well as high growth, with natural chemical free colour enhancement. Also included is a generous amount of wheatgerm, along with the improved nutrient assimilation properties of Kusuri Klay. We advise no minimum feeding temperature, although we do thoroughly recommend that feeding is dramatically reduced below 10°C (50°F). Major ingredients include: Fish meal, Shrimp meal, Antarctic Krill meal, Crab meal, Soya bean meal, Wheatgerm, Kelp, Propolis, Spirulina, Kusuri Klay, Garlic, Brewers yeast, Fish oil, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Stabilised Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Dicalcium Phosphate, Choline Chloride, Niacin, Riboflavin (Vit B2), Pyridoxine (Vit B6), Thiamine (Vit B1), Calcium Pantothenate, Biotin (Vit H), Folic Acid, Cobalamin (Vit B12), Inositol, Minerals (Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Manganese, Copper, Iron).
